Tarra B.

Client Service Representative

Tarra is a graduate of SUNY Morrisville with an A.A.S. in Equine Science and Management. Throughout her life, she has been drawn back to working with animals in some way, again and again. She continues to work with different Wildlife Rehabilitators in the area, regarding injured and orphaned wildlife including deer, bear, opossum, and skunks. She is currently working on getting her Wildlife Rehabilitator Certification. She was halfway to getting her Veterinary Technician degree when the flood of 2006 occurred which, unfortunately, put it on hold. Since then she has worked in a very diverse range of fields from customer service, sales, and management to small business ownership with her husband, Steve, which is how they came to meet Dr. Wittner and Dr. Personett in 2018. She joined the Fur and Feathers staff in 2022.

Together with her husband, Steve, and their son, Colt, they share their home with a Mini Olde English Bulldogge, Marlowe, a black Lab, Jake, a German Shorthaired Pointer, Mack, two cats, one rabbit, an albino Kahl boa, and flock of Salmon Faverolle chickens.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, art, photography, archery, playing piano, landscaping and gardening as well as just being outdoors.
